I guess 5 is indeed my lucky number.
To the people who greeted, thank you for being happy and continually believing in us. We do appreciate you, guys!
In life, in any aspect of life, you have those days. Some days are just blunt and boring that even a badly delivered joke would be the funniest thing for the day. Some days can be so depressing that you just end up crying yourself to sleep and realize it just the morning after. Some days can be full of anger and spite that you could attack even a pillow. But some days… Some days are like this one… Happy.
Happy.
Happy is different from fun. Fun, for me at least, entails adventure and once(rare would pass)-in-a-lifetime events. And happy, happy does not have to be loud and out of the ordinary. To me, it just has to be truly felt by the heart. Happiness is a kind of peace amidst all the chaos and trouble.
And you, “boss”… You make me very happy. Thanks for today.
On June 26, 1956, author C.S. Lewis responded to a fan letter from Joan Lancaster, a young Chronicles of Narnia enthusiast.
In a personalized thank-you letter, the writer imparted some simple and valuable stylistic advice for budding prose writers.
